A Little Bit of 1870 . . . is enough

We’re alive, cold and living as everyone lived before, oh, about 1878; except for the fact the local Starbucks is one of the few beacons of light and ONLY source of living wi-fi in miles. 6:45 this morning for first cup of (real) hot coffee since Saturday morning, and quick flip through Twitter, NY Times, Boston Globe Sports page show (1) we don’t have electricity; (2) Patriots lost 72 hours ago; (3) Red Sox remain in total disarray; (4) Red Sox stand as metaphor for exactly 237 separate items of the world condition this morning; (5) we still don’t have electricity.
